Keep is a fitness app that has been around for a while and has become very popular. Its main advantage is that it provides professional fitness plans. During my test, I chose Keep for my second month.

Keep's fitness plans can be divided into two types. One type is a fixed plan, which is divided into different categories such as muscle building, weight loss, and body shaping. The other type is a personalized plan. You only need to enter your height, weight, and exercise experience, and the app will automatically determine whether you are more suitable for muscle building or weight loss. It will also provide a personalized plan based on your exercise experience. In my test, I chose the personalized plan.

The personalized plan lasted for 5 weeks. I chose to exercise 4 days a week for 20-30 minutes each day. Since the specific exercises in the plan vary depending on the individual's physique, I will not elaborate on them here. The weekly workout schedule was still Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

To be fair, I weighed myself after 4 weeks of exercise. Here is the weight loss comparison:

  • Starting weight: 66.5 kg
  • Ending weight: 65 kg
  • Weight loss: 1.5 kg
  • Starting body fat percentage: 17.7%
  • Ending body fat percentage: 16.9%
